My story and why I can help you
Seven years ago, I started my career as a hospital pharmacist. After closely working with terminally ill patients who took over 20 pills a day just to stay alive, I came to realize that your health is your greatest wealth.
Since that realization, I became highly interested in preventative medicine and alternative health practices. I was ready to do whatever I could to maintain my own health. Long story short, I eventually found my way to holistic nutrition.
Until then, I had never made the direct link between what I ate and the way I felt. Which is kind of embarrassing to say as a health professional.... In my defense though, they didn't teach us much about healthy eating in Pharmacy school!
At the time, I was eating fast food 3 times a week, was unaware farm animal were raised on antibiotics and thought pesticides was a good thing because it kept the bugs out of my food (don't judge, I didn't know any better!).
Once I started eliminating the processed foods, the sugar, the dairy and instead focused on eating whole foods, my life literary changed....
I didn't even know I was sick until I got better.
The brain fog lifted, the afternoon slump at work disappeared and I no longer came home exhausted and dying to take a nap. I've been living with these symptoms for so long, I thought it was simply normal to have them. I was able to go back to the gym, prepare myself a decent supper (and not just a bowl of cereal) and go out with my friends again. I never knew I could have this much energy.
When I saw how much better I felt after changing my nutrition, I knew I had to help others discover what their life could look like once they started eating the right foods. What started out as a self-centered desire (how can I stay healthy) became so much more: how can I help others to stay healthy?
This calling has lead me to become a Certified Nutrition Consultant. Combining my 7 years experience as a clinical pharmacist with my knowledge of nutrition, I'm committed to transforming people's health. And a cleanse is great way to jumpstart that transformation.

Is this an in-person or online group program?
It is completely online! So you can join from anywhere in the world. And remember, just because it's online and a group program, it doesn't mean you won't get one-on-one support. You still get my 100% commitment to your health transformation. I answer questions daily in our Facebook group and I also hold 4 live group call sessions.
What other expenses do I need to invest in?
Only your groceries! During this program, you won’t need to own a juicer or fancy kitchen gadgets. You also won't be asked to buy any supplements.
Will I feel hungry during the cleanse?
You may experience slight hunger the first two days of the cleanse, but you can always add in a snack from the meal plans I have put together for you. The meal plans are packed with amazing recipes that will likely become favorites of yours, even after the cleanse. You do not need to deny yourself the pleasure of delicious food!
Should I take a time off from work to do the cleanse?
Not at all. This cleanse is very gentle. So no need to take time off from work or your activities.
What’s the difference between a Diet and a Cleanse?
In a diet, you find yourself trying to count every calorie you eat, which understandably causes you to become frustrated and give up. At the end of the day, you find yourself hungry and lethargic.
Is this a crash-diet program?
No, this is not a "quick and easy" crash-diet, nor a fast way to lose weight. It's a nutritious cleanse that uses real whole foods.
What if I don't want to cook?
While the recipes are made to be quick and easy to make, you'll still need to spend some time cooking. In my program, I'll give you plenty of time-saving tips. However, if you (or someone you live with) aren't willing to cook ANY meals, this program is not for you.
Can I do this cleanse if I have a chronic condition?
If you are pregnant or have a chronic condition, you should speak with your doctor FIRST before joining this program to determine if it's right for you.
What are the hardware and software requirements?
You only need to own a computer, internet connection and a Facebook account (to access the private Facebook group).
Do I receive a printed copy of the documents?
