4-week program: creating the change you want

This 4-week program is designed to provide you the building blocks to start losing weight, managing your cravings and getting rid of constant fatigue.


I’ll teach you why calorie-counting, deprivation and all the diets you tried before haven’t worked, and I’ll explain why balancing your hormones is the key to achieving your optimal weight. I’ll show you how to achieve this by cutting down on sugar and helping you choose the right kinds of food for your body.


Learning to eat healthy is a skill, and I’m here to show you step-by-step how to do this.


Towards the end of our 4 weeks together, eating healthy will have become a habit. You will have the necessary tools and strategies to continue your health journey onward.

12-week program: total health and body transformation

For the person committed to turning their health around 180° and living out their best life.


This 12-week program is designed to help you:

  • Lose up to 20 pounds (and keep it off)
  • Gain control over your cravings
  • Get rid of your constant fatigue and brain fog
  • Manage your stress and anxiety
  • Improve medical conditions such as PCOS, prediabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol - so that you can eventually get off your pills (if applicable to you)

We go beyond the building blocks and work on creating a new and sustainable healthy lifestyle that will allow you to feel your best, physically and mentally.


Here’s a preview of what we’ll achieve together over 12 weeks:

Week 1: Lay the foundations

Week 2: Understand how your body works and recalibrate your hormones

Week 3-4-5-6: Implement, eat for health and get to know your body

Week 7-8: Practice intermittent fasting

Week 9-12: Improve sleep, be active, manage stress and practice self-care

  • Weekly 1-hour Skype call on week 2, 3 and 4 to learn and implement the foundations of a healthy diet
  • Weekly 30-min Skype call throughout week 5-12 to solidify the healthy habits from week 1-4 so you can continue losing weight, and to address exercise and stress management

  • Custom Meal Options Plan, updated after 4 weeks if needed
