I love all things pink.
Pink dresses, pink highlighters, pink folders (I look real profesh at meetings) and good golly, I love pink food. So, imagine my delight when I discovered PINK hummus for the first time. If I wasn’t concerned with maintaining a lady-like appearance, I would have dunked my face in that hummus.
In addition to the beautiful color made possible by red beets, pink hummus is so easy to make! It tastes great as a great veggie dip or can be added to any Buddha bowl as a source of protein. Below I share a simple Buddha bowl recipe that includes zucchini noodles and fresh vegetables. Enjoy!
