Interested in booking a call with me?
What to know what happens next?

how to book a call with me to see if my programs are right for you:

  1. Book a free 30-minute discovery session with me by clicking on this link. Please note the call will be online over Skype or Facetime.

  2. You will be asked to choose a date and time, provide your contact information and fill out a short questionnaire.

  3. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail from me.

  4. On the day of our 30-minute discovery session, I will call you.

  5. During our call, we will discuss about your specific needs. I will explain to you my different services and we will decide if we’re a good fit to work together.

What happens once you sign up for my programs?

  1. If you decide to work with me after our initial call, you will be given a link to sign up.

  2. You will be asked to:
    1. Provide your contact information
    2. Sign a waiver form
    3. Make the payment (payment plan available)

  3. Once I receive the payment, I will send you an invitation to create a client profile on Practice Better. This platform will allow you to book your sessions with me and view all the documents and call summaries I send you.

  4. Once you have created your profile, you can book your first session with me.

  5. I will send you 2 questionnaires:
    • Health history: to understand your current lifestyle habits, and to know more about your current and past health problems
    • Meal plan assessment: to understand what foods you like to eat and which foods you dislike in order to build your customized meal plan

  6. I will also send you some documents to read prior to your first session to better understand my approach.

What happens during our calls?

  1. We will discuss about specific topics and will create a plan on how to gradually implement these new healthy habits into your daily routine.

  2. We review how the previous week went and tackle any challenges you may have face when putting into practice the new habits.

  3. You will be given an action plan to follow until our next call.

  4. Within 48 hours, you will receive a summary of your action plan.

What happens between our calls?

  1. I will check-up with you mid-week to see how things are going for you.

  2. If you have questions or need help choosing a healthy option on a menu of a restaurant you’re going to, you can contact me in between our calls.
